Free preview
No payment is collected for profiles built during the current free preview. There is therefore no purchase amount to refund.
Earlier purchases
If you made a purchase before the free preview began, the refund terms shown at the time of purchase still apply. Contact us with the account email and purchase date so we can review it.
Generation problems
If a profile fails to build or cannot be downloaded, try the run again or contact us. We may repair the output or provide another run.
How to request help
Email nico@provenlabs.ai with the account email and a short description. Do not send passwords, access codes, or full card details.
