Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ProvenOutreach, a product operated by Proven Labs, LLC.

1. Agreement and eligibility
By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you act for a company, you confirm that you may bind it.
2. Free preview access
The complete profile builder is currently available at no charge with a shared access code. We may limit, pause, or end preview access. Any future paid offer will show its price before you choose it.
3. Access codes
Access codes may be limited by campaign, date, usage, or account. Do not sell or publish a code without permission. We may replace or revoke a code when needed to prevent abuse or protect service availability.
4. Accounts and profile generation
Keep credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Profile generation begins when you submit the assessment. A fresh version requires an existing completed profile and must relate to a subject you are authorized to represent.
5. Your inputs and permissions
You retain rights in your inputs. You grant us a limited license to process them only to operate, secure, support, and improve the reliability of the service. You confirm that you have the right to submit writing samples, uploaded documents, brand materials, and URLs. Uploaded file bytes are not saved, and extracted file text is removed after generation. Do not submit private third-party content, trade secrets you cannot authorize, regulated data, or content that violates law or another person's rights.
6. Generated output
Subject to these terms, you may use and modify your generated profile and skill. AI output can be incomplete or wrong and is not legal, medical, employment, or psychological advice. Psychographic sections are content-planning hypotheses, not clinical diagnosis. You are responsible for reviewing claims, citations, permissions, and published content.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to impersonate without authorization, deceive, harass, discriminate, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, create unlawful content, probe or bypass security, overload providers, automate bulk account creation, resell test codes, or extract the service's prompts and controls through abusive means.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to provide reliable generation and downloads, but third-party providers and the internet can fail. We may change models, vendors, assessment questions, or output structure. We may pause abusive or unsafe use. If a run fails before a usable deliverable is produced, you may retry it.
9. Disclaimers and liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROVEN LABS' TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE AFFECTED PURCHASE. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY WHERE LAW PROHIBITS THEM.
10. Suspension, termination, disputes, and changes
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend access for a material breach, security risk, or legal requirement. Governing law and forum will follow the company's applicable formation and customer-law requirements; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, notice to account holders.
