Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ProvenOutreach (the "Service"), operated by Proven Labs. By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us at nico@provenlabs.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Plans auto-renew at the start of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel any time from the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from the Account page, or by contacting us. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion for service failures.

You may use the Service to build voice profiles of yourself or public-facing individuals for legitimate outreach and writing purposes. You may not use it to harass, defame, or impersonate any person, to violate any law, or to scrape private content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service.

You own the voice profiles you create. ProvenOutreach is a tool that produces analysis from public sources; we make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose. The output is provided as-is for your own judgment and use.

The Service depends on third parties (Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic, Resend). Their availability is outside our control. Their terms apply to data they process on our behalf.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination your data may be deleted after a reasonable grace period.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at the email address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
